The purpose of the new patient visit is for the doctor to determine the underlying root cause of your, or your child’s, health concerns. We want to learn as much about you as we can so that we can properly solve whatever health concerns you may be having.  At our clinic, this process may involve up to 3 appointments, depending on if x-rays are requested.

Our Easy 3-Step Process To Beginning Care

Day 1: The Consultation and Examination

Your initial visit to our office will begin with a one-on-one consultation with the doctor. The doctor will discuss with you any health concerns you have.  The doctor will perform a complete examination, which will include neurological, orthopedic and chiropractic tests.  If this appointment is for your child, know that we take special pride in the quality of the pediatric side of our practice.  We offer unique exams for newborns, toddlers, teenagers and adults.

Day 2: The X-Ray Appointment (if needed)

The doctor may recommend x-rays. If so, a separate x-ray appointment will be scheduled. We have our own on-site digital x-ray facility for your convenience.

Day 3: Your Report of Findings & Beginning Your Care

After the doctor has had a chance to review all of your test results and x-rays, you will come back for your Report of Findings. At this visit the doctor will sit down with you, one-on-one, and discuss your specific findings. The doctor will provide a recommended plan of management to correct the problem and help you reach your health goals.  It is at this visit that you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.

A Fun Note To Parents Who Are Bringing In Their Child For A Check-Up: Dr. Mike has personally custom built arguably the worlds best pediatric table!  It is a Fire Engine, built from scratch, with all the bells and whistles!  Flashing lights, leather seats for all of the teddy bears to sit on while they drive, stairs for children to walk up onto the table, Ontario license plates, and much more!  Kids absolutely love getting adjusted on the Fire Engine.  Sorry there is an age restriction so No Adults Allowed on the Fire Engine!
